Lisa Jacobs is an accomplished and high-performing executive sales leader with expertise in medical device sales. She is known for formulating and executing scalable strategies to accelerate business expansion, revenue generation, and team development in startup, turnaround, and rapid-growth environments across domestic and global markets. With her outstanding leadership and emotional intelligence skills, Lisa has built high-performing teams and turned complex business problems into opportunities for improvement that benefit all parties. Lisa’s recent roles include Vice President of Commercial Strategy at Moon Surgical and Vice President of U.S. Sales at Accelus, where she built a sales team from the ground up post-merger and aligned innovative robotic navigation platforms and expandable implant products to ortho and neuro spine surgeons. She led her team to increase sales revenue from $17M in 2020 to $26M in 2021 and $40M in 2022. As the Director of Sales, East, at Joimax, Lisa grew her territory to ultimately account for over 40% of the company’s entire sales revenue by expanding the organization’s footprint to target underserved areas. Lisa is a mission-centric professional known for representing brands through public speaking and published articles, developing top talent, demonstrating leadership excellence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. She has expertise in executive team leadership, sales operations, revenue growth, business development, strategic planning, relationship building, talent acquisition, development and retention, product knowledge and launch, consultative selling, cross-functional collaboration, problem solving, analytics, orthopedic and spine sales, and clinical staff development.

Brandy Craig Druesedow is a highly experienced and accomplished marketing leader with expertise in branding, integrated communications, public relations, events, and digital marketing.  
 Brandy currently serves as Senior Director of Marketing for Accelus and has held several senior marketing positions throughout her career, including Senior Director of Marketing Operations and Communications for TissueTech and Director of Commercial Marketing, Communications, and Brand Management for OrthoSensor. Brandy was also responsible for launching Zimmer's Persona Knee System and played an integral role in the rebranding of St. Jude Medical, a Fortune 500 company, which was sold to Abbott for $25 billion. Additionally, Brandy was responsible for the initial branding, PR, and marketing for Mako Surgical, an orthopedic robotic startup sold to Stryker for $1.65 billion.  
Brandy graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing from Arkansas State University, and received her MBA from the University of Saint Thomas School of Business. She also holds certificates in Brand Management from Cornell University, Women in Executive Leadership from Florida Atlantic University, and Marketing and Product Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
